Terms and Conditions – Comic Con

  1. There will be absolutely no sub-letting of space
  2. PAYMENT OF FEES
    All fees must be paid-in-full by June 30, 2020 or you will lose your space. Late payments will NOT be accepted. Refunds due to extenuating circumstances will be disbursed at the discretion of the Comic Con Committee.
  3. PRODUCT
    ONLY comic and Comic Con related vendors will be accepted in this tent. The Comic Con Committee will have the final say and may reject your application if it does not meet the Festival’s classification.

No weapons of any type are allowed at the Festival site nor can any weapon of any type be sold including knives.

No drug paraphernalia shall be sold or advertised by any Vendor, such as novelty pipes, items that can be associated with illegal drug, or displaying various drug types.

No Vendor shall sell popped corn, candy apples, cotton candy, or carnival rides of any kind.

  1. SET UP AND OPERATION HOURS
    Booths must be set up between 8 am and 12 noon on Friday, August 28, 2020.

Late arrival arrangements are to be arranged with the Comic Con Committee prior to Wed, August 26, 2020.

No signs, racks, displays of any kind allowed outside your allotted space.

Booth hours are:
a. Friday from 12:00 noon until 9:00 pm,
b. Saturday from 12:00 noon until 9:00 pm and
c. Sunday from 12:00 noon until 6:00 pm
.
Booth hours may start earlier on Friday and Saturday.

Booths must be removed by 7 pm on Sunday, August 30, 2020.

All Vendors must operate for the ENTIRE 3-DAY DURATION OF THE FESTIVAL, RAIN OR SHINE, being August 28, 29, and 30, 2020.

  1. GARBAGE
    It is the responsibility of the Vendor to maintain a clean premises in and around their booth location. All vendors must dispose of their waste ONLY in the large bins at the intersections and NOT in the small street waste carts. The street waste carts are for public waste only and cannot be pulled up to any Vendor booth/table.
  2. COPYRIGHT
    The Morden Corn & Apple Festival Committee encourages the sale of products featuring corn and/or apples during the Festival, however, reproduction of the Morden Corn & Apple Festival name and logo or any portion thereof is restricted unless rights are purchased by the vendor from the Morden Corn & Apple Festival. All inquiries regarding the Morden Corn & Apple Festival copyright are to be directed to the Morden Corn & Apple Festival Office at 204-823-2676.
  3. NO SMOKING in the Comic Con Tent.
  4. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED BY VENDORS. Please make appropriate arrangements for your pet’s stay during the Festival. Please do not bring your pet into the Comic Con tent area between the times of Friday, August 28 8am to Sunday, August 30, 8pm.

NOTE: Please be certain to have this sheet of instructions available to the person or persons physically in attendance at your booth on the weekend of the Morden Corn & Apple Festival for easy reference.
