2026 Farmer's Market Space Price
Farmer’s Market spaces are available at a rate of $300.00 per space for the full weekend, or $125.00 per day for vendors who will not be attending for the entire weekend.

Use the space below to provide a brief description of the products and/or services your vendor will offer or sell to visitors at the Farmers Market during the Morden Corn & Apple Festival.
Vendor Dimensions and Space
Farmer's Market spaces are sold in 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep spaces.
Vendors are required to stay in their allotted space. No soliciting or selling of any kind outside of their designated space. No flags, banners or signs are permitted outside of the vendor allotted space.
All equipment and personnel must not encroach into the space of other vendors. This can include but is not limited to hitches, canopies, swinging doors etc.
If Lessees do not operate within their allotted space(s), they may be subject to an additional fee no less than the fee paid for the original space. If Lessees encroach on another vendor’s space, they may be asked to move or leave the festival. No refund will be given in this situation.
Safety Guidelines
The Lessee will assume all liability and responsibility for any loss, damage or injury whether suffered by him or them or by his/her or their property arising in any way out of the operations or otherwise arising or occurring in or about the premises of The Morden Corn & Apple Festival: AND the Lessee further covenants and agrees to indemnify and save harmless the festival from and against any claims, demands, accounts, actions, or proceedings whatsoever for loss, injury or damage sustained by any person or persons whether as to personal injury or as to property damage by reason of or in any way arising out of the operations of such operation or caused or occasioned by the Lessee or his servants, agents or employees in any way in and about the premises of the festival.
Health Permit Requirements
The Morden Corn & Apple Office will stop accepting new applications after July 30 or until the spaces have been filled, whichever comes first, in order for the festival to be issued a farmer's market health permit prior to the festival start date.

. Failure to comply with applicable health regulations may result in removal from the Festival. In the event of removal due to non-compliance, any refund will be considered solely at the Festival’s discretion, and no refund is guaranteed.
Fire Code Requirements
All Lessees must meet Provincial and City of Morden fire code standards.
Farmer's Market Hours During the Festival
The open hours for all farmers market vendors at the festival are the following:
Friday: 11:00am - 9:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am - 9:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am - 5:30pm (tear down starts at 6:00pm)
All vendors must remain open to the public and have a competent attendant present at all times. Farmers’ Market vendors may choose to close at 5:00 p.m.; however, the Farmers’ Market area will remain open until 9:00 p.m. regardless.
Lessees are required to open and close their booths in accordance with the operating hours established by The Morden Corn & Apple Festival. Any lessee who opens late or closes before the required time will be subject to a $150.00 fine per occurrence. Failure to pay the fine may result in the lessee being prohibited from participating in the future.
Exhibitor Behaviour
Any activity or behavior carried on by the Lessee or occurring on the festival grounds which in the opinion of the Morden Corn and Apple Festival is undesirable for a public place or unlawful shall result in immediate termination of this contract at the option of the Morden Corn and Apple Festival and all monies paid hereunder shall be forfeited.
Payment
All vendors must be paid in full a minimum of 2 months before the festival. If you are accepted into the festival within 2 months of the festival, your fees will be due immediately.
Cancellation of Contract
If a Lessee cancels their reservation, a refund will only be given if the request is made at least 60 days before the first day of the festival. A cancellation request must be made in writing and forwarded to the administration email: info@cornandapple.com, If a request is approved a refund will be issued via cheque and mailed to the recipient. If the reservation is cancelled within 59 days of the beginning of the festival a refund may be given ONLY if the festival is able to find another vendor to take the space.
Housekeeping Items
The sale of corn and cotton candy is strictly prohibited within the festival grounds and designated vendor areas of the Morden Corn & Apple Festival. These items are considered exclusive festival offerings and are reserved to maintain consistency, quality control, and the integrity of core festival operations. Any vendor found selling or distributing corn or cotton candy in violation of this policy may be required to immediately cease sales of the prohibited items and may face further penalties, including removal from the Festival without refund and/or ineligibility for future participation.
Terms & Conditions
I/we acknowledge and understand that the Morden Corn & Apple Festival reserves the full and unconditional right to accept, reject, or void any application at its sole discretion, at any time, without obligation to provide explanation.
In consideration of being permitted to participate as a Vendor in the Morden Corn & Apple Festival, the Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Morden Corn & Apple Festival, including its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents, from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected to the Vendor’s participation in the Festival. This includes, but is not limited to, any injury to persons, damage to property, theft, loss, or other harm occurring as a result of the Vendor’s operations, products, conduct, or presence at the Festival, whether such claims arise from negligence or otherwise.
The Vendor further acknowledges and agrees that participation in the Festival is entirely at their own risk and that the Morden Corn & Apple Festival shall not be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages incurred before, during, or after the event.

. These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of this application and govern all aspects of Vendor participation. By submitting this application and agreeing to participate in the Morden Corn & Apple Festival, the Vendor confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all Terms and Conditions, including any amendments or updates made by the Festival from time to time.
Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions may result in penalties, including but not limited to removal from the Festival grounds without refund, suspension of future participation privileges, and/or further action as deemed necessary by Festival management.
