Use the space below to provide a brief description of the products and/or services your vendor will offer or sell to visitors at the Farmers Market during the Morden Corn & Apple Festival.
Vendor Dimensions and Space
Farmer's Market spaces are sold in 10 feet wide by 12 feet deep spaces.
Vendors are required to stay in their allotted space. No soliciting or selling of any kind outside of their designated space. No flags, banners or signs are permitted outside of the vendor allotted space.
All equipment and personnel must not encroach into the space of other vendors. This can include but is not limited to hitches, canopies, swinging doors etc.
If Lessees do not operate within their allotted space(s), they may be subject to an additional fee no less than the fee paid for the original space. If Lessees encroach on another vendor’s space, they may be asked to move or leave the festival. No refund will be given in this situation.

Safety Guidelines
The Vendor assumes full responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from their participation in the Morden Corn & Apple Festival Farmers’ Market. The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Morden Corn & Apple Festival, including its officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents, from any claims, damages, liabilities, actions, or expenses arising from their operations, conduct, products, or presence at the Festival.
Health Permit Requirements
The Morden Corn & Apple Festival will stop accepting new Farmers’ Market applications after July 30, 2026, or once all available spaces have been filled, whichever occurs first.
All vendors must comply with applicable Manitoba Health regulations and any requirements established by Public Health authorities. Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits, licences, and approvals, and for submitting any required documentation by Festival deadlines.
If you have questions regarding prohibited items or health requirements, please contact the Public Health Office at healthprotection@gov.mb.ca. Failure to comply with applicable regulations may result in immediate removal from the Festival without refund.
Vendors selling sealed alcoholic beverages must register for a Farmers’ Market vendor space, as required by the Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba (LGCA). Once payment for the vendor space has been received, a confirmation letter will be issued. This letter may then be used to support the vendor’s application for the necessary LGCA permit.
Fire Code Requirements
All Lessees must meet Provincial and City of Morden fire code standards.
Farmer's Market Hours During the Festival
The open hours for all farmers market vendors at the festival are the following:
Friday: 11:00am - 9:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am - 9:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am - 5:30pm (tear down starts at 6:00pm)
All vendors must remain open to the public and have a competent attendant present at all times. Farmers’ Market vendors may choose to close at 5:00 p.m.; however, the Farmers’ Market area will remain open until 9:00 p.m. regardless.
Lessees are required to open and close their booths in accordance with the operating hours established by The Morden Corn & Apple Festival. Any lessee who opens late or closes before the required time will be subject to a $150.00 fine per occurrence. Failure to pay the fine may result in the lessee being prohibited from participating in the future.
Exhibitor Behaviour
The Festival reserves the right to immediately terminate a Vendor’s participation for any unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct, as determined by Festival management. In the event of termination, the Vendor may forfeit all fees paid and be required to vacate the Festival grounds immediately.
Payment
All Farmers’ Market vendor fees must be paid in full by July 31, 2026. Applications approved within one month of the Festival date will require immediate payment in full upon acceptance. Failure to submit payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the vendor space allocation.
Cancellation of Contract
If a Lessee cancels their reservation, a refund will only be given if the request is made at least 60 days before the first day of the festival. A cancellation request must be made in writing and forwarded to the administration email: info@cornandapple.com, If a request is approved a refund will be issued via cheque and mailed to the recipient. If the reservation is cancelled within 59 days of the beginning of the festival a refund may be given ONLY if the festival is able to find another vendor to take the space.
Terms & Conditions
The Morden Corn & Apple Festival reserves the right to accept, reject, or void any application at its sole discretion, at any time, without obligation to provide explanation.
In consideration of being permitted to participate as a Vendor in the Morden Corn & Apple Festival Farmers’ Market, the Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Morden Corn & Apple Festival, including its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents, from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected to the Vendor’s participation in the Festival. This includes, but is not limited to, injury to persons, damage to property, theft, loss, or any other harm arising from the Vendor’s operations, products, conduct, or presence at the Festival.
The Vendor acknowledges that participation in the Festival is entirely at their own risk, and the Morden Corn & Apple Festival shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages incurred before, during, or after the event.
All Vendors are required to review and comply with the Farmers’ Market Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions form part of the application and govern all aspects of Vendor participation. By submitting this application, the Vendor confirms that they have read, understood, and agrees to be bound by all Terms and Conditions, including any updates or amendments made by the Festival from time to time.
Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions may result in penalties, including removal from the Festival without refund, suspension of future participation privileges, and any other action deemed necessary by Festival management.
